Welcome to EZ Cleaning AZ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and EZ Cleaning AZ. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
EZ Cleaning AZ is a professional cleaning company providing direct cleaning services to our clients. We handle the booking, scheduling, and execution of the cleanings to ensure the highest quality of service.
2. Equipment and Supplies
Our cleaning professionals will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary supplies, tools, and equipment required to perform the requested cleaning services. If you require us to use specific products provided by you (e.g., specialized floor cleaners), please notify us in advance.
3. Booking, Cancellations, and Lockouts
We strive to provide reliable service for our clients and maintain an efficient schedule for our team.
- Scheduling: All bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we require advance notice (typically 24-48 hours). Late cancellations negatively impact our scheduling and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Active Cleaning Cancellations: If a cancellation is made while a cleaning is currently in progress, you will be charged in full for the booked service.
- Lockouts: If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee will be assessed to compensate for the lost time and travel.
4. Payment Terms
All payments for cleaning services must be processed securely through the EZ Cleaning AZ platform or as invoiced.
- You agree to provide a valid payment method at the time of booking or upon receipt of the invoice.
- A temporary hold may be placed on your card prior to the service, and the final charge will be processed upon completion of the cleaning.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Non-Solicitation
We invest significant time and resources into training and retaining our high-quality cleaning staff. By using our services, you agree not to solicit or directly hire any employee or staff member of EZ Cleaning AZ for independent cleaning services outside of our business.
6. Liability and Damages
EZ Cleaning AZ is a fully insured professional cleaning service. We treat your home and belongings with the utmost care and respect.
- Valuables: We strongly recommend that you secure all valuables, highly fragile items, and important documents prior to the cleaning.
- Damage Claims: While we take great care, accidents can occasionally happen. If any damage occurs during the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion so we can properly investigate and resolve the issue through our insurance or internal protocols.
7. SMS and Communication Policy
By providing your phone number to EZ Cleaning AZ, you agree to receive text messages regarding your quotes, appointment reminders, and service updates.

- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

8. Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are completely dissatisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will gladly return to promptly re-clean the missed areas at no additional cost to you. Refunds are not typically provided once the service has been rendered.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
